What is your return and exchange policy?
A: At KEROZIN, we want you to love your purchase! You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
